There are a few announcements to take note of:
Finally, the music attribution you've been waiting for. This one is REALLY simple:

Please check out the following: ![]() Episode #3:The Battle of Titans - SAP Goes All Web 2.0, Salesforce to Salesforce announced, NetSuite IPO About TimeTue, 12/11/2007 - 21:27 — pgreenbeEpisode #3:The Battle of Titans - SAP Goes All Web 2.0, Salesforce to Salesforce announced, NetSuite IPO About TimeNEWS The news this week was pretty exciting, due in part it proved me right again and who's ego doesn't like that kind of stroking!! (Mine does) Some of the news:
POVC In this weeks segment - knowing the customer experience granularly is your new cornerstone requirement and BPT Partners, GCCRM and Strativity have some answers to that need (and...desire) LOVE YA, HATE YA We give love to Prahalad's & Ramaswamy'sThe Future of Competition and to Brent Leary & Michael Thomas on Technology for Business' Sake and throw a soft hate on to Making Meaning by Shedroff, Rhea, etc. MUSIC ATTRIBUTION The music this week is actually pretty damned good!
![]() New CRM Players profiledSat, 12/01/2007 - 01:08 — thartleyThere’s more to today’s CRM vendor landscape than just Oracle Corp. and Salesforce.com. ![]() CRM Professionals in HIGH demandSat, 12/01/2007 - 01:05 — thartleyThings are looking bright for CRM professionals over the next year, according to a number of recent reports, job boards and industry developments. ![]() Episode #2: Salesforce and SugarCRM makes some moves; Workday moves some 25 customers, Comcast is pretty damned bad; & MORE!Fri, 11/30/2007 - 21:45 — pgreenbeEpisode #2:Salesforce and SugarCRM makes some moves; Workday moves some 25 customers; Comcast is pretty damned bad; & MORE!NEWS This week's episode is a little spotty on news, but very cool on all other things. The news is around moves in the industry with salesforce.com reinforced their announcement of a new President of Operations/Chief Strategy Officer; SugarCRM carrying out a hiring strategy to grab the ones that covered them; and in a sorta deviation (not that kind!), I follow Workday, the ERP on demand company created by PeopleSoft founder and nicest guy in the entire industry, Dave Duffield. POVC I look at Comcast disasters which seems to be a word pairing that is as closely connected as "tone deaf" is. LOVE YA HATE YA There's a shoutout to CRM Magazine Senior Editor Marshall Lager, who is not only a great writer and insightful and good guy, but quoted me saying - well, you'll hear. I recommend with 3.5 stars, Gazool, a social search engine with some very cool feature in beta and w/o a revenue model. MUSIC ATTRIBUTION
