Enhance and execute CRM strategy for MySpace International. Experience and knowledge in building and refining CRM programs is a must. This will involve the use of communication in multiple channels, but with a particular focus on email. Taste making sensibility and strong interest in pop culture are welcome. International work experience preferred.
Responsibilities Include:
• Manage and influence all aspects of CRM implementation and improvements globally.
• Develop and redesign processes to optimize communication with users.
• Manage customer retention strategy
• Develop relationship programs based on user segments, drive increased engagement, establish systems to review the effectiveness of programs and optimize utilization of captured data.
• Lead the improvement and modification of communication by testing various creative and copy and evaluating different communication channels.
• Work with the research team to develop statistical models to support and measure impact of activities.
• Develop reports for management and translate data elements into information that can be easily understood and acted upon.
• Own and manage the key metrics and timelines.
• Evaluate and manage vendors and consultants.

Qualifications/Experience:
• 7 to 10 years of CRM and marketing experience
• Demonstrated understanding of technical concepts and CRM software
• Proficiency in Excel and data analysis; experience with AB Testing and other research and testing methods.
• Experience managing simultaneous projects and demonstrated team leadership abilities in a fast paced, innovative, creative environment.
• Must possess exceptional verbal and written communication skills and editorial skills, be familiar with troubleshooting techniques, both general and web-specific.
• Passion for social networking industry
• Bachelor’s Degree, MBA a plus
