Description:

Play a key role in the pre-sales cycle as you present salesforce.com's award-winning product offerings, solutions and architecture to prospects and customers. Your ability to evoke confidence in salesforce.com's technology infrastructure and to overcome all technical objections in the sales cycle is essential.

Responsibilities:

Specific efforts include understanding the unique business requirements of small businesses (directly with Sales teams and RFPs) and translating/presenting those needs into a compelling demonstration of salesforce.com's functional and technical capabilities. Due to the large volume of prospects and customers in this market segment, this role is best suited for an individual capable of successfully balancing a heavy workload.

Required Skills/Experience:

Requirements include a track record of SE success for a CRM organization in addition to:
Working knowledge of related enterprise applications, relational database and web technology
Basic programming experience in HTML and other web-based technologies
Solid oral, written, presentation and interpersonal communication skills
Proven time management skills in a dynamic sales environment
Ability to work as part of a team to solve technical problems in varied political environments
Ability to travel domestically
Related Bachelor's Degree
Fluency in Portuguese and Spanish required. (written and spoken)
