Small Business (SMB) makes up 70 percent of the economy and 50 percent of overall IT spending, or $350 billion in untapped potential.

Responsibilities:

• Developing and managing relationships within our mid market segment (325-1000 employee based companies)
• Managing complex sales-cycles and presenting to C-level executives the value of our enterprise suite of applications
• Forecast sales activity and revenue achievement in salesforce.com, while creating satisfied and referenceable customers
• Demonstrating our product via the Web

Required Skills

• 7+ years of quota carrying software or technology sales and account management experience.
• Consistent earnings of 200K plus in past Account Executive roles while carrying a minimum 1MM quota
• Track record of over-achieving quota (top 10-20% of company) in past positions
• Strong and demonstrated written and verbal communications skills
• Experience managing and closing complex sales-cycles
• Previous Sales Methodology training preferred
• CRM experience preferred
• Ability to work in a fast pace, team environment
• Strong customer references
• Strong computer skills, including Salesforce.com, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
• 4 year University Degree required
• Fluent Portuguese required/Proficient Spanish a plus
• Experience selling to Latin America and selling into companies in Miami is a plus
• Experience managing Latin America partners or channel sales experience highly desired
